TS Residence

Positioned on a trapezoidal site, this residence enjoys the backdrop of a lush golf course. The architectural composition is an arrangement of three distinct blocks, strategically capitalizing on the site’s boundaries. A dominant central massing is flanked by two smaller counterparts, all harmoniously connected by bridge-like structures adorned with striking contrasts, marking the transitional spaces. These bridges are meticulously aligned, creating a seamless journey from the front to the rear, and evoking a profound sense of spatial continuity.

At the rear of the property, a sprawling swimming pool takes center stage, accompanied by an expansive plaza. The architectural elements are curated to frame the picturesque golf course vistas. The entire rear facade of the residence is adorned with large windows, thoughtfully positioned to offer sweeping views towards the golf course.
