The design challenges traditional residential block forms by introducing a sinuous, sweeping base that mimics natural topography. This continuous, curved podium functions as a living landscape, featuring integrated green roofs and deep overhangs designed for passive cooling in the tropical climate.
Rising above this flowing base are strong, interlocking upper volumes clad in elegant travertine. Expansive glass facades are shielded by custom dark metal lattice screens, beautifully balancing panoramic views with essential privacy and solar shading. By seamlessly blending heavy stone with organic lines and lush terraced gardens, The Travertine Tides establishes a unique urban sanctuary that effortlessly merges the built environment with nature.
